In keeping with our utmost integrity & purpose,
these Traditions define & guide The Sacred Circle...
1. We acknowledge we are healing from unhealthy life styles
brought about the trauma of Patriarchy... Hierarchy...
and our estrangement from the Natural World
2. We embrace a 13-Step Path of Recovery & Reclaiming
to bring personal transformation to our lives
3. As Visible Spirits, our common desire
is to live in harmony with Nature, Ourselves & Others
doing as we will, while harming none
4. We see Spirit & Nature as one...
& acknowledge Earth, Air, Fire & Water
as our primal sources of Life
5. We honor the Goddess in her many guises
& follow the Women's Spirituality Path
6. We honor changing phases of the Moon
& our life cycles as Maiden, Mother, Queen, & Crone
7. We celebrate Days of Power on the Sacred Wheel...
Solstices... Equinoxes... Cross-Quarter days in between
8. Our natural spiritual authority comes from higher powers
& ancient wisdom that resides within each of us,
Therefore, we rely on our own experience
and divine wisdom to guide the Circle
9. We respect diversity & individual expression
encouraging each sister to participate
as her bright spirit dictates
10. We take responsibility for paying our own way
& are self-supporting through our own contributions
11. All Sisters remain Clean & Sober
when participating in our Circle
12. In essence...
We rely on Attraction rather than Promotion
13. We value the welfare of our Circle as a whole;
Love - Respect - Tolerance - Unity
Harmony - Sanctuary & Anonymity
are keys to personal growth, healing,
empowerment, transformation and change!
When Women Heal, the Earth Heals!
|Our 13 Traditions
from Mama J
I want to express my deepest gratitude to all the
sisters who have walked this sacred path with me
through the years...and to welcome all women
who may be joining us now or in the future.
This is a priceless path, one of self love, beauty,
joyful dedication, purpose & deep commitment to
women everywhere who are backing away from
dysfunctional ways of the world and working
together to reclaim our power as women.
Over 34 years ago I resigned from the world as
I knew it and entered a recovery program because
I was a complete failure in every department of my
life. Although I'm a lot older now my heart still
carries the powerful vision I was given by the
Goddess after my recovering journey began.
That was to see all of us rise above the insidious
ways of Patriarchy and to truly heal our lives
by reclaiming ourselves as daughters of the
Earth Mother herself, made in her image.
While we share this beautiful planet of ours,
my deepest desire is to meet some of you,
to laugh, cry, sing & dance with some of you,
to share sacred spaces in circles of women,
so we can offer hope to future generations.
Sometimes we must travel a good distance to
be together in the Circle but I feel it's worth it
because we are lifting consciousness and
filling new pages of Herstory like never before.
I encourage you to become part of our greater
sisterhood, to join us in our Celebrations and
Gatherings, to start circles of your own,
to experience the magic that happens
when we tell our stories and walk together in
unity on the recovering & reclaiming path.
Time is a precious commodity in todays' world.
To walk side by side through the seasons and
cycles of our lives in the beauty and wisdom of
Women's Mystery Traditions is an experience
& healing journey we do not want to miss.
Believe me, Life goes by in the blink of an eye,
& precious times together are few & far between.
Every moment we lose can never be returned.
Each moment shared is a memory in the making.
In 2017, take a break from your busy lives and
join us in the Circle as we replenish our souls
in the greater sisterhood we all love and share,
for when we merge our magical spirits together,
our highest & greatest visions are manifested!
The Goddess is calling us home.
Let's remember, When We Heal, the World Heals.

and with every action she takes;
who asserts to herself the right to reorder the world.

A woman who has vowed faithfulness to her own life and capacities;
who remains loyal to herself. Regardless.

Sacred Circle Manifesto
We are committed to the ways of Nature & Spirit
to heal from the effects of Patriarchy
We believe all seeming hopeless states of mind & body
resulted from a fragmentation of the soul and our
estrangement from the natural flow of the universe;
Therefore, we are committed to the recovery of our mind,
body, heart and spirit by letting go of our destructive ways
and living in harmony with Nature's cycles & seasons
We believe recovery is a return to the authentic self,
so we honor the ancient wisdom that lives within us
and embrace all spiritual systems that mirror our
divinity, magic and power as children of the Earth
We believe that male-dominated religions & social systems
are the root cause of oppression, dysfunctions and imbalance;
that life-giving feminine values must be restored to the earth;
that we must learn to live simply and equally in the world
while respecting and abiding by the oneness of all humanity
We recognize the sacred feminine as the giver of life;
that male & female are one with her greater mysteries.
We believe it is wise to detach from all systems that do
not honor the sacred Feminine as well as the Masculine
We are committed to healing all aspects of our lives
by honoring our unique mysteries and rites of passage;
bonding with like-minded people as often as possible;
and by letting go of all dysfunctions that keep us
out of balance and harmony with the flow of Life
We are inspired by the Divine Feminine in her many guises
and our destinies as Maiden, Mother, Queen and Crone
because it mirrors our fundamental mysteries as women
In the spirit of cooperation & evolutionary progress we
honor the spiritual principles in 12- Step recovery programs
and all workings that support the oneness of life
We are committed to walking our talk
while sharing our experience, strength & hope with
others who are seeking recovery & reclaiming
We stand in accord with the Ancient Rede:
Do as you will while harming none.
We believe life is to be enjoyed to the fullest,
that every phase of life is sacred & valuable,
that all should live freely & equally on the Earth
Our experience has shown us that:
when we heal, families heal;
when families heal, communities heal,
when communities heal, nations heal,
when nations heal, the world heals!
